11AM-3PM: Mind-Body Booths and Stress Reduction Workshop
Location: Student Center Ring Mall; Newport Beach B, Student Center

- Stress-Reduction Campus Resources: Learn about local and on campus resources that concern stress reduction, mental health, meditation, yoga, and martial art forms.
- Make your own aromatherapy hot pack. It's fun, simple, and reusable!
- 11:00-1:00pm: Guided meditation & discussion by Adam Meyerowitz (Newport Beach B)
- 1:00-3:00pm: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Workshop led by Beth Mulligan (Newport Beach B)

6PM-8:30PM: Tai Chi and Yoga Workshops
Location: Pacific Ballroom D, UCI Student Center
Students and faculty from all ranges of experience are encouraged to participate. No previous exposure to yoga or Tai Chi is required. These classes will provide a background to Tai Chi and yoga practice as well an interactive portion to experience first-hand, different Mind-Body exercises.
**Bring a yoga mat or blanket if possible! We will not have enough for everyone**

- 7:15PM-7:30PM: Intermission and refreshments
- 7:30PM-8:30PM: Tai Chi class by Dr. Shin Lin, PhD
