11AM-3PM: Community Outreach Collaboration

- Community Outreach Collaboration: Booths that inspire compassion in action with community service clubs on campus and other outside organizations offering community service opportunities for students. This will be a great opportunity to see how you can help out others and get involved!
6PM-8PM: Compassionate Listening Workshop
Location: Pacific Ballroom D, UCI Student Center
This interactive workshop will leave students with a new perspective of how we communicate and how it can change the way we heal and the way we feel. Chancellor Drake will open the topic with his thoughts on compassion and healing. The workshop will then be led by Mary Mackenzie, a professional in communication and human relations. There will be multiple opportunities for students to interact with the speaker and one another as part of workshop exercises.
